Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KitchenKart purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused or defective/damaged upon arrival.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or tampered with.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@kitchenkart.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only. Contact us at support@kitchenkart.shop to arrange an exchange.
